Bend Ceramic Hose
Preformed curved ceramic hose can achieve a smaller bend radius than typical straight pipe because it is manufactured at a specific preformed angle. It is used in extremely abrasive suction and discharge applications.
Ceramic hoses are designed for applications with severe wet sliding wear and erosion that can quickly wear out conventional rubber mining hoses.
Fine-grained alumina ceramics are integrated into rubber using a thermal vulcanization process. This creates a seamless surface so the ceramic cannot debond. Embedded in rubber means that the ceramic absorbs and dissipates impact, while FENGCHI's special rubber absorbs noise and vibration.
